    Transplant Pulmonologists,

Given limited/ lack of PFT lab availability in the current situation, we are considering home spirometry devices to monitor allograft function. For programs who have used home spirometry over the years:
    - which home spirometry device do you recommend?
    - any feedback on various devices based on your/ your patients' experience?

    Thank you.

Our pediatric lung transplant program uses the "Spiro PD" device.  I believe it is manufactured by PMD Healthcare.

We have been using Go Spiro and had great success with them in terms of support for the device from the company and device measurements and accuracy.
Good Luck and let me know if you need more information
